Birth of A New Nation Global Peace Summit: A Historic Gathering for Unity and Collaboration

The Center for Truth and Healing (CFTH) and The Ishola Empire proudly hosted the inaugural Birth of A New Nation Global Peace Summit, a groundbreaking event that united leaders, activists, and visionaries from around the world. This summit, held in collaboration with the 124th National Black Business Conference, served as a platform for dialogue, unity, and transformative change, specifically addressing the needs of Afro and Indigenous communities.

Taking place from August 18-25, 2024, the summit featured dynamic panel discussions, workshops, and cultural presentations. Attendees engaged with thought leaders on critical issues impacting Black and Indigenous peoples globally, while forging alliances and generating ideas to drive meaningful progress within their respective communities.

Her Excellency Shanta Lana Hereford, newly crowned as Her Royal Majesty Queen Shanta Lana Hereford, Warrior Queen of The Nation of Cherut, delivered an inspiring keynote address after her Queenship conferral ceremony. She called for collective action and highlighted the crucial role the diaspora plays in shaping a brighter, more unified future. Other notable speakers included Dr. Wanda D. Casey, Dr. Vincent White, Dr. Cheryl Dozier, Arkee Hodges, Jacquelyn Luqman, and Dr. Jameelah “Just Jay” Wilkerson, all of whom shared valuable insights on pathways to sustainability and prosperity.

“We are thrilled with the overwhelming success of the Birth of A New Nation Global Peace Summit,” said Her Imperial Majesty Empress Myishola Matthews, Oba Obinrin of The Ishola Empire and newly appointed President of the Indigenous Nations of Sovereignty Alliance (INOSA)—an organization founded during the summit to unite and empower sovereign nations within the Black diaspora. “This summit marked the beginning of a powerful movement, not just a gathering. Adding to the summit’s significance, renowned artist and entrepreneur 50 Cent acknowledged the event with a special mention, despite his busy schedule at Invest Fest.
