Swaggertown Records Artists Take it Back to the Local Music Scene

Saluting the old skool methods and traditions, Swaggertown Records’ rising stars, Jake Strain and Diego Cool, are storming North Carolina this summer with appearances that support local media and podcasts. Following their impressive performance on the “Off The Bike” series with Mel Major, the label is committed to showcasing their talent throughout the local music scene. Many may be too old to recall when artists constantly did in-store performances, walk-throughs, and more to cement their names in local markets.

Their recent appearance at “The Garage,” a performance hosted by No Stress Sound Academy and founded by E-Sudd—official DJ for 2Chainz—was a standout platform. Jake Strain, hailing from New York, kicked off first with a captivating performance of his track “Wanna Be Rappers,” setting a style on this platform by dropping hints in his lyrics. Diego Cool then took the stage, wowing the audience with an exclusive preview of his unreleased single, “Wild.” which was a turn-up party song but the energy was on point.

With notable appearances and a growing buzz around their music, the Swaggertown artists are cementing their status around the Carolinas.
