Real Boston Richey And Glorilla Release New Anthem “Get In There”

Real Boston Richey’s momentum has carried well into 2024 following the release of his debut album, and he kicks his stride into its next gear today with the release of a new summer anthem, “Get In There,” featuring Memphis superstar GloRilla. The new single and its official music video are available now. Watch “Get In There” here.

The video for “Get In There” is as lavish as the lifestyle Richey has led of late – a testament to the run he’s on. Maybachs and Tesla Cyber Trucks accentuate the scene as Richey and GloRilla enjoy the spoils of their success and deliver on the promise of the hotshot tandem.

The 2023 XXL Freshman Cover star has made a triumphant return to the music charts and playlists with his latest single “Help Me.” The single is currently sitting at its Billboard Hot 100 peak of no. 74—a career-best mark for Richey to this point— thanks in part to its status as a viral sensation. The song has been used as a sound for over 500,000 posts on TikTok and the music video has accumulated 9.5 million views on YouTube.

In addition, Richey’s noteworthy YTB Fatt collab, “The Type,” has been viewed on YouTube in excess of 18 million times. Richey’s foot remained on the pedal even after the arrival of his debut album Welcome to Bubbaland in September, and the nation is taking notice, along with the industry.

Richey and GloRilla have developed a fruitful synergy in recent months. GloRilla, currently in the midst of a run of three consecutive Top 40 singles on the Hot 100 (“Yeah Glo,” “Wanna Be,” “TGIF”), invited Richey as a guest on her single “Bad Bih 4 Ya,” from this years Ehhthang album. The two linked up again in May when Richey performed as a guest at GloRilla’s show at Memphis’s FedEx Theater.

ABOUT REAL BOSTON RICHEY

Armed with scratchy vocals, trench memories, and matter-of-fact menace, Real Boston Richey evokes a world-weary yet impenetrable cool. Since unloading his debut single “Big YIC” in 2021, the rapper from Tallahassee, Florida, has cultivated a fan base with bursts of dazed melody, trap tales, and boasts that are as braggadocious as they are aspirational. The Epic Records artist flaunts the former on “5 Star,” a new single coated in deadpan charisma and casual flexes. Offerings like these and the Future-assisted “Bullseye Pt. 2” have earned Richey millions of streams—and status as the Sunshine State’s proverbial next-up. At first, his audience was small, but they liked what they heard. Before long, Richey had signed to Future’s FreeBandz and Epic Records while landing features with the Atlanta trap legend. He linked up with Lil Durk, too. He consummated his rise with projects like Public Housing (2022), Public Housing 2 (2023), and Trapping & Finessing, efforts that crystallized his penchant for raw storytelling, entrancing hooks, and off-kilter flows. Everything just bulldozed the way for his 2023 major label debut, Welcome To Bubba Land [Freebandz/Epic Records], highlighted by “Send a Blitz,” “Keep on Getting It,” “Black Truck,” and “Bubba Man.” Now, Richey plans to make his level-up an extended one, using his voice to become one of the most resonant forces in music. From there, he plans to enter the fashion world. Beyond that, he wants to become a soundtrack for inspiration. “I make music for people trying to do better,” he says.
