Kyla Imani, New R&B Sensation, Is “Chosen” In New Single

Kyla Imani has quickly become one of today’s hottest emerging stars with her unique sound and style. Eager to take over the rest of 2024, the R&B singer releases her latest single properly titled, “Chosen.”

The catchy track displays the rising star’s evolution as an artist. A self-made concept has a contagious appeal, appreciating someone’s self-confidence, self-love, and commanding personality. There is an idolization of world building in the song.

This video is directed by Kamaleon Films and shows you what Kyla Imani’s life is like. With work out sessions and shopping trips in the city as her backdrop, Kyla Imani commands the screen. As her lyrics indicate, “Low key, I heard you been fanning for me (For me yeah), Just wait till you see it, You gon’ be like, Sheesh…”

As a result of Kyal’s remix of Mooski’s hit, “Track Star,” Imani’s popularity soared in 2021. #lethimhurt was a hashtag used by fans to promote the new singer’s potential. She amassed over 115,000 TikTok videos and 3.2 million views on YouTube.

Kyla Imani’s resume include opening for DDG on 2019’s “Breaking The Internet” tour. Her biggest tracks are “Track Star: Let Him Hurt,” “it’s not that deep,” and “These Boys Ain’t It.” She acted alongside Queen Latifah on CBS’s “Equalizer” and appeared on WeTV and All Black TV’s “Deb’s House.”

“Chosen” is the first of five new songs set for release in 2024. It is the perfect origin point for newfound fans of the emerging star. After “Chosen,” available now on all platforms, follow Kyla Imani daily on social media.
