Jake Wesley Rogers – Dark Bird
Rising singer-songwriter Jake Wesley Rogers returns with a defiant new single “Dark Bird”. This is his first release since his critically acclaimed Pluto EP last October.
Signed by hit songwriter Justin Tranter in 2020, the multi-talented artist’s ascent began early last year with the release of Pluto, which included his incendiary singles “Middle of Love,” “Momentary,” and “Weddings and Funerals” which ignited praise from People, Billboard, Rolling Stone, American Songwriter, PAPER and more! His ambitious visual style and bold music also attracted the attention of Vogue who profiled him as part of their Youthquake series, highlighting Gen-Z creators that are radically reimagining the future. Jake has been building a loyal fanbase which includes admirers such as Kate Hudson, Ryan Reynolds, Gwyneth Paltrow, Sam Smith, Courtney Love, Madonna and Sir Elton John who praised Jake a recent interview with NPR and said, “I think he’s gonna be huge.”
Last year, Jake performed at Lollapalooza and sold out his first headline shows in LA, Nashville, and NY. He’s also performed on The Late Late Show with James Corden and Late Night with Seth Meyers.
